To expand our Customer Success Team, we are looking for committed and motivated personalities at our location at the Technopark Luzern in Root with immediate effect or by appointment.

Your responsibilities
  • Support in the acquisition and management of new leads
  • Trade fair presence with subsequent lead processing
  • Deputy/supportive handling of requests in coordination with the development and application team
  • Collaboration in outbound campaigns and mailings
  • Collaboration in the strategic development and development of the Customer Success Team
  • CRM Management
  • Maintenance of sustainable, strategic customer relationships
  • Quoting
  • Contact person for customers with internal interface function

Your responsibilities

Preliminary studies

  • Clarification of customer needs and project specifications
  • Supporting the decision-making process regarding risk assessment, project prioritization and cost estimation
  • Execution of measurements, preparation of measurement reports and presentation of results to the customer
  • Independent scheduling and execution including responsibility for time management and adherence to deadlines

Technical customer service, support

  • technical support of international customers in electronics, medical technology and micromechanics
  • technical consulting during customer visits (EU area) and in virtual meetings (worldwide)
  • plan and conduct trainings for first time users
  • central contact point for first level support
  • responsibility for trade show demo systems (design, commissioning)
  • schedule, prepare, ship and reclaim loans
  • Writing application reports for sales and marketing purposes
  • regular coordination with the account manager
Your profile

Your responsibilities
  • Conception and construction of components and assemblies for our heliInspect 3D measuring heads and heliProfiler benchtop devices
  • Customer-specific adaptations and innovative new developments
  • Product maintenance and improvement, e.g. through fault analyses, tolerance chain calculation, and simulation (e.g. heat transfer, mechanical deformation, thermal expansion)
  • Construction and validation of prototypes
  • Responsibility and continuous improvement of the methodology for mechanical development
Your profile
  • Degree (FH, ETH) in mechanical engineering, microtechnology, mechatronics or related field of study
  • Professional experience in mechanical conception and design using 3D CAD
  • Team player with a conscientious way of working
  • Ideally, experience in one of the fields of precision mechanics, opto-mechanics, precision drives
