Roughness according to ISO 21920

ISO 21920 defines the profile-based evaluation of surface roughness and forms the basis for classic tactile roughness measurements. In this tutorial, we compare tactile measurement with non-contact roughness measurement using white light interferometry (WLI) and show how comparable roughness parameters can be determined with a Heliotis 3D measuring system.
